Compact designed KBr-Table Press for pellet making is used for transmission analysis which is Sturdy, compact and easy To Use. The smooth action of the handle permits pellets to be pressed effortlessly with one hand and minimal pressure. Several different Die Sets (1mm, 3mm, 7mm) are available for use with the Table Press. The pellets are pressed using light operator pressure in a collar/die that can be transferred onto a pellet holder for transmission analysis. The components that contact the die set are stainless steel Uniform and highly reproducible pellets Easy to clean and to maintain.

  • The QUICK HOLDER is especially designed to hold pellets in place. It uses a magnetic plate to secure the dies at the right position
  • An opening at the upper end of the holder is used for 13 mm pellets
  • It Includes 2 interchangeable mounts of different width
  • The magnetic back plate holds the sample in place. Easy positioning of the collar on a removable mount with a half moon cut-out
  • The Quick Holder was specifically designed to hold collars for 1mm, 3mm, 7mm, and 13mm pellets. It has a 2"x3" backplate, which fits into the sample compartment of all standard FTIR spectrometers
